About this role :

The Inside Sales Director will monitor sales metrics and should be able to lead and motivate the Inside Sales team to achieve specific goals. Expected to meet or exceed team quota and to develop revenue forecasts, which is done through effective management of the Inside Sales team.

Responsibilities :

- Ensure effective prospecting, up/cross selling, pipeline development

- Motivate, train, coach, and develop a team of SDRs

- Effectively create and articulate ROI in various negotiations

- Lead variety of training sessions on a monthly basis, this could range from small group to large group presentations and development sessions

- Assist in building a high-performing sales process

- Develop well targeted strategies and sales plans

- Inspire and foster a high-performing sales culture

- Creativity and ability to be a problem solver; with willingness and ability to figure out things on the fly

- Ability to understand online metrics and analytics, and communicate ROI

- Set and track sales targets for your team

- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts Requirements

- Proven work experience as an Inside sales Leader

- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel

- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process

- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude

- Excellent communication skills

- A strong understanding of business practices and industry trends
