Venture Manager - Sales & Marketing - Agri (5-10 yrs)
Venture Manager - overarching role spanning sales/marketing & operations
Seeking smart, enthusiastic individual with experience in operations / marketing, preferably with new products / services.
Will be able to leverage background and experience in an innovation driven, new product & service setting.
Your mandate will be to drive a new product to achieve ambitious business goals / sales targets.
Success will lead to larger possibilities - both in role and compensation.

Mandatory requirements:
- Proficiency with Office Suite
- Methodical and detail oriented
- Willing to engage with customers, be out in the field, not a desk-bound corporate type of person
- Go-getter attitude
- Willing to relocate to Eastern UP
Candidate Profile :
Qualification : Bachelors required / MBA or equivalent required
Experience :
- 3 to 5 years experience, as outlined above
- Experience in UP (especially Eastern UP) is a major plus
- Willing to work in a dynamic start-up environment
