JOB DESCRIPTION - Team Leader (Sales)

- Responsible for generating revenue through given sales leads.

- Calling prospective leads that are generated by internal/external sources.

- Scheduling and conducting regular meetings with the Customers/Clients & participating in events

- Understanding the need of customers and catering their Requirements accordingly.

- Taking customers for project sites and getting site visit done and briefing on project USPs thoroughly.

- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product launch.

- Report on sales activities to senior management

- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

- Compiling and analysing sales figures

- Collecting customer feedback and market research

- Prepare & execute sales strategy for achieving the assigned business targets

- Resource planning and forecasting to achieve targets and monitor channel performance

- Positioning of the projects, projecting revenue and analyzing profit to do ongoing basis market research and pricing to achieve sales and collection targets set for each financial year

- Strategize for new product positioning & launch, develop marketing budget & sales flow in consultation with the top management

- Maximize sales revenue and projects profitability across all the projects

- Guides in preparation of sales pitches for own and sales team to close maximum transactions

- Oversee team for effective liaison with banks and financial institutions to provide faster processing of loans and structuring financing options for the customers

- Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions
