Job Description: (A brief description about the job)

We are looking for Equity Dealer. The ideal candidate should have experience into Punching client order, Cross Sell Third Party Products.

- Responsible for reactivation of dormant clients. Ensure growth in clientele by converting leads

- Conduct meeting with clients as part of client servicing and cross selling other financial product

- Understand the market updates for the day to provide accurate information to the client

- Profile customers based on their investment trends and past record available with us

- Attend calls and execute the orders on behalf of clients by doing Pre trade and post trade confirmation.

- Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business.

- Pitch clients for other investment products offered by the company

- To maintain a synergistic relationship with Relationship Managers - Sales, by supporting their sales efforts to enhance business

- Update clients visit and all other communication with the client in the CRM software

- Work towards building a network and expanding the client base.

Key Result Areas

- Call Management - Ensure all calls received at the desk are handled effectively and without waiting period

- Reactivating dormant clients - Continuously work towards reactivating dormant clients

- Cross Sell Third Party Products - Develop avenues through networking with active and reactivated clients to sell third party products

- Data Management - Accurately record key information of the client to build revenue generation plan

- Bachelor's degree any.

- 1+ Years Experience into Equity Dealer.

- NISM certified of 8 series
