Responsibilities and Duties :
- P&L focused to run a Zone (constituting multiple areas) like a full-fledged business and grow it exponentially.
- Ability to take and drive decisions across offline demand, Supply, and Client experience with the right balance
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to lead and manage a team of 2-5 people
- Data-focused decision-making, good with setting up MIS/review processes, ability to use analytics for nuanced decision making
- Negotiation and deal-closing abilities
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Successfully negotiated partnerships as part of business development deals.
- Handled P & L
- Sales background with experience of at least 2 years
- Has effectively managed a team in the past and has an objective approach toward goal setting and monitoring.
