We are currently seeking two qualified candidates for the position of Tele Caller. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in outbound calling, with a proven track record of handling a minimum of 150-200 calls per day. Previous experience in BPO, Insurance, Banking, or Cards companies is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.

- Handle a high volume of calls efficiently, maintaining professionalism and adhering to company scripts and guidelines.

- Provide accurate information to customers and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.

- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and sales quotas.

- Document all call information and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in outbound calling.

- Proven track record of handling a minimum of 150-200 calls per day.

- Previous experience in BPO, Insurance, Banking, or Cards companies is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Work Schedule:

Six days a week, with Mondays being the only day off.
