Title: Growth Capital Manager/ Senior Manager- Sales

Sales Leadership :

- Build/ Hire a high-performance team of sales reps

- Develop Velocity pitch and value proposition for our partners/ entrepreneurs

- Manage Key Accounts directly with founders and executive team

- Construct, forecast and manage your sales pipeline via CRM

Sales strategy :
 
- Ownership of the revenue and disbursal targets for Velocity

- Pricing strategy for products (with Data/ Analytics team)

- Launch strategy in new markets, categories and products

- Design and implement incentive policies, SPIFF

 Leadership :

- Work with Founders and other leaders in various office-wide initiatives and policies

- Be an integral part of strategy across sales, operations, marketing and product

Desired candidate profile :

Work Experience : 6-8 years of experience in Business Development in B2B SAAS, Fintech, Banking or similar

Educational Qualification : Master's degree/ Post Graduate or equivalent

Ability to manage senior level relationships such as CEOs, Founders, etc.

Key Skills :

- Enterprise landscape by sales funnel management and engaging the sales team members.

- Proven capability in data driven problem solving, relationship building skills, entrepreneurship attitude.Personality with the ability to get potential clients on board using superior persuasion skills

- Sales experience is mandatory in the Internet/Technology space and or similar businesses

- Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing processes and evolve with business
