Velocity - Associate/Senior Associate - B2B Sales/SaaS Sales (2-5 yrs)

Title : Growth Capital Associate/ Senior Associate

- Build Velocity brand and drive sales to contribute to the company growth and profit by expanding our client portfolio

- Develop a keen understanding of Velocity products, identify specific prospects to approach and establish product value proposition for their business and use case

- End to end account management from pitching, negotiating, closing the deals in routine business

- Fulfilling the clients- necessities while providing an exceptional client experience

- Building relationship for establishing profitable, long-term relationships with potential key/strategic accounts

- Working with key internal stakeholders across teams to drive mutually beneficial partnerships

- Execute local marketing and brand building strategies and monitor and analyze industry & local market trends- competition presence, client personas, key decision-makers, etc., to ensure maximum penetration

- Analyze the market and the geography, category and prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption by vendors

Desired Candidate Profile :

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree/Graduate or equivalent

Work Experience : 2-4 years of experience in Business Development in B2B SAAS, Fintech, Banking or similar

- Ability to manage senior level relationships such as CEOs, Founders, etc.

Key Skills :

- Excellent at verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build trust and credibility with external partners

- Adaptability to change within a fast-paced startup environment, ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguity

- High Bias for action & hunger for growth

- Open to travel and market visits
