Vega - Brand Manager (8-15 yrs)
- To Create and execute the plan for color cosmetics (Makeup) category. Conceptualise product strategy, packaging design, pricing, promotion, distribution etc.
- Preparing annual marketing budget for the category
- Driving color/make-up category contribution to overall sales .
- Ensuring top-line & bottom-line objectives are met and striving to increase return on expenditure on activation spends & brand endorsement.
- Conceptualizing and designing monthly offers on focused Brand / categories for sales support. Tracking and analysis of category and product sales.
- Creating annual communication Calendar, new product launches and planning GTM strategy and activities
- Planning and Close coordination with different agencies such as creative agency, research agencies, digital agencies, design agencies.
- New product development, Coordinating with vendors for product conceptualization and positioning
- Creating content and reach out tools for various online and offline platforms.
- Understanding the market scenario, competition and highlight future need gaps in the product portfolio
- Handling marketing strategy for all e-commerce platforms .
