Job Description :
- Develop Brand building and Brand Positioning strategies.
- Develop and implement the brand plan and go to market strategy to ensure that brand objectives are achieved for the Company's Products.
- Work with external agencies to execute the marketing plans.
- Lead the Social Media and Content Marketing.
- Own Customer Relationship related communications for all the touchpoints with Customer/Leads.
- Regularly report advertising campaign results (including revenues and costs).
- Liaise with PR, Sales, Product, Academic Operations and Student/Parent Support teams to gather feedback for maintaining consistent Marketing communications.
- Lead research and rigorously analyze data to ensure brand issues are understood and corrective action identified.
- Understand the impact of cost elements on brand profitability and control brand support expenditure to ensure brand profit objectives are achieved.
- Apply best practices in brand management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Post Graduate in Marketing/Advertising/Media from a reputed institute.
- Must have 5-8 years experience in reputed Media agencies working for well known brands/clients (preferably Telcos, OTTs, FMCG etc) OR worked as Brand Manager in reputed E-Commerce firms.
- Must have managed Media and Creative side of accounts or led Media and Creative related decision making of brands.
- Must have coordinated/worked with Media houses on Digital and TV campaigns.
- Should have worked on Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing.
- Should have worked in OOH, BTL
- Should have worked with Research agencies to drive Consumer Insights.
- Experience in handling CRM campaigns (good to have).
