Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

Job description "

As a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales), you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company through proactive outreach and relationship building. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients, nurture leads, and close sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our services, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

Responsibilities :

Lead Generation : Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for targeting. Utilize various sources such as online platforms, databases, and social media to identify and generate leads.

Outreach and Prospecting : Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, calls, and other appropriate channels. Tailor your messaging to resonate with the recipient's needs and pain points.

Qualification : Engage in conversations to understand the potential client's requirements, challenges, and budget. Determine whether the lead fits the company's target customer profile.

Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and service experts to align strategies, share insights, and refine messaging.

CRM Management : Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, contacts, interactions, and progress through the sales pipeline.

Target Metrics : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs set by the management.

Market Feedback : Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product teams based on your interactions with potential clients. Share insights about market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Desired profile of the candidate :

- Proven experience in a similar inside sales or business development role.

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. (preferred but not mandatory).

- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding set targets.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone and email.

- Basic understanding of the industry and market trends related to the company's services.
