Vecmocon Technologies - Service Relationship Manager (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively on a day to day basis.
2. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on service reports, invoices, payments and add-on business.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement account strategies.
4. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Leverage industry knowledge and experience in EV or automotive background to understand client needs and provide informed solutions.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to electric vehicles.
7. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational issues promptly.
8. Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient service process.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in business account management, preferably in the EV or automotive industry for a minimum 3 years.
3. Strong understanding of electric vehicles and associated technologies will be an added advantage.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
6. Problem-solving skills with the ability to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
