Key responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via calls.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to answer questions regarding products or services.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Qualifications :
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Minimum 2 years experience in call process and using software like Exotel, Call Desk etc.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
