Job Summary :

- The Corporate Sales Executive specializing in Corporate Gifting is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with big corporate clients to promote and sell customized gifting solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate gifting trends, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. The Corporate Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in big corporations, including procurement managers, HR executives, and marketing professionals.

- Understand client needs, budgets, and preferences to offer tailored gifting solutions that align with their corporate objectives.

- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

2. Sales and Business Development :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential corporate clients.

- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new accounts and achieve sales targets.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to position the company's gifting solutions effectively.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

3. Customized Gifting Solutions :

- Work closely with clients to understand their gifting requirements, including occasions, budgetary constraints, branding preferences, and target audience.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products within budget constraints.

- Provide product recommendations and suggest innovative ideas for corporate gifting to enhance client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

4. Reporting and Analytics :

- Prepare regular sales reports and B2B presentations for management, highlighting sales achievements, targets, and future growth opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the gifting industry or a related field.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.

- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Bachelor's degree
