Job description:

- Pursue all generated PO till despatches from warehouse; Track shipment movement till GRN of the goods at the recipient address for Offline channel orders; Work with Field team on Pending Order management; Indents for local warehouses.

- Initiate, Discuss, collate, co-ordination on developmentation, production and shipment of promotional materials and collaterals; Co-ordination for redevelopment of existing collaterals and reaching it to field team members.

- Travel and Tour claims processing at HO for field team; Co-ordinate for Credit Note processing; Travel accommodation support at HO for visiting field team members; Attendance management for third-party team members' payroll processing; Onboarding support for third-party team members; any other admin support.

- In-house champion for SFA app; editing and updating management in the app; first-level support to team members; Co-ordinate with vendor for feature rollout's and updation.

- Develop new vendors locally and across markets for various collaterals and other branding activities. Management of these vendors.

- Management internal budget sheets, co-ordinate with Procurement on POs and Work orders; Payment processing to vendors; Job closures for outstanding projects.

- Reports on Dispatches, Stocks management, collateral usage and deployments and other sales-support related activities.
