About The Job:

WFO - 5 days a week with no cab

Shift - 10am-7pm IST

- Min 1 year of experience into operations/support/escalation handling domain

- This is for non-voice process.

- Communication should be excellent.

- Should know to speak Hindi and English

Essential Job Functions:

- Understanding customer escalation related to product

- Co-ordinate with brand POC on the escalation

- Provide a response on the escalation ticket basis brand's response.

Any Graduation
