ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for an account executive to attend to our growing client relationships with brands. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

- Build and maintain lasting relationships with brands and partners by understanding key points and needs, and anticipating them in advance.

- Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.

- Stay current with company offerings and industry trends.

- Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinating with Corporates for corporate Tie-ups, Acquiring market information, Corporate gifting, and Meeting corporate people & understand their needs.

- Well-organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity, and initiative to achieve both personal and corporate goals.

- Excellent presentation skills backed up by excellent computer skills.

- Consistent performance throughout the period achieving far more than the set targets.

- Possessing excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead and work in concert with diverse groups effectively.

- Ability to build new territories and expand opportunities towards the achievement of stated targets.

- Catalog listing for corporates Reward & Recognition, Loyalty Redemption program,

- Brand Store activation, Seasonal & Occasion/ Event gifting, OEM/Contract manufacturing.

- Managing & working closely with reseller network, direct customers, and R&R/Loyalty/ Redemption & Brand store program operators.

- Responsible for generating leads from Cold Calls, promotions, social media, exhibitions, negotiation with Purchase managers to close the deals

- Active street on feet by visiting local market vendors to identify new products been introduced in the Gifting category

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's/MBA Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.

- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, communicate with stakeholders, and meet expected milestones.

- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent active listening skills.

- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

- Proficiency in design such as Adobe Photoshop, the illustrator will be an added advantage.
