Job Roles/Responsibilities:

- Counseling clients for a permanent residency visa for Canada, Australia, Germany, etc.

- Provide consultation services to address potential clients' interest in Visas, including establishing the suitability of the candidates' visa.

- The consultation will mainly be by email, telephone, and face-to-face meetings.

- Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates & their family make an educated choice & the right decision.

- Keep regular follow up with clients for the immigration process and give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration services & visa laws & policies.

- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.

- Identify and resolve client concerns by giving assistance in time.

- To provide regular follow up on inquiries received.

- Pro-actively monitoring changes to various Immigration regulations.

- Briefing various Immigration regulations changes to colleagues in the documentation team Assisting with the immigration-related content and distribution of the monthly newsletter that is sent to prospects and clients

- Meet the assigned targets.

Skills Required:

- Minimum 2+ years of Immigration sales experience.

- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers

- Need to have end to end knowledge of Immigration sales processes

- Must be able to proactively prospect for new leads

- Own and deliver the assigned target on a monthly basis

- Must be a Self Starter with a go getter attitude.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with knowledge in computer too.

- Sales oriented and target driven attitude Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
