Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Specialist you will be responsible for lead generation from US and other international markets. You are expected to identify high quality prospects from online sources, reach out to them with suitable company offerings and ensure sales targets are met.

Skills & Personality Traits

- At least 2 years of Inside sales experience in technology services outsourcing.

- Successful track record of generating b2b leads through online channels in US market.

- Understanding of AI/Machine learning/Analytics/Data warehousing related technologies will be helpful.

- Excellent written and communication skills.

- Pro-active individual with ability to take ownership and demonstrate success.

Role and Responsibilities

- Generating Leads through online sources (Social, Linkedin, Business Directories etc)

- Create and manage list of prospect database across target segments.

- Reach potential prospects through email with targeted offerings & services.

- Understanding the Customers requirement and explain company's offerings.

- Fixing the appointments with the potential/prospective customers

- Following up with the customers regarding the company presentation and other related queries

- Helping sales team with sales supports materials (credentials, proposals, etc.)
