We work with some of the marquee brands across India, US, and APAC to build transformative solutions, some of them are in areas of Predictive Maintenance/IOT analysis, Quality Inspection, Demand Forecasting, Computer Vision, Data lake, Data Warehouse etc. Our team comprises 150+ professionals across Machine Learning, Data Engineering & Cloud expertise. We are looking to hire a seasoned Business Development/ Inside sales person to be a part of sales team and location is based out of Noida Office. You will be working closely with our leadership and business solutions team closely to penetrate in region allocated. Company believes in nurturing talent, sufficient opportunities will be provided to grow in the organization in sales role to lead region with experience. Hence a long term outlook is important to succeed in this role.

Primary Role & Responsibilities :

1. Build a list of prospective customers based on target audience profile, geography etc. as indicated by sales leadership.

2. Conduct primary and secondary research into prospect accounts for use case identification, creating a list of key contacts. Use cases will cover data analytics, IoT, data warehousing, AI/ML applications etc.

3. Research needs to be properly documented.

4. Work with sales leadership to draft email & call templates for sales outreach.

- We expect you to use your experience and come up with appropriate recommendations.

5. Reach out to potential prospects via a mix of emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach. Your objective is to set up an exploratory call with Valiance's sales & business solutions team.

6. Coordinate with leadership, technical, and marketing team to prepare necessary collaterals needed at various stages of the sales cycle.

7. Manage list of prospects and deal flow using sales CRM.

8. Keep leadership updated on the sales funnel and deal pipeline with periodic reports and insights.

Skills & Experience :

1. At least 4-6 years of Inside Sales/Business Development experience with IT services company with proven track record of achieving targets.

2. Understanding of data analytics, AI/ML, data warehousing, cloud and data lake offerings is important.

3. Industry experience: Manufacturing and or Retail industry experience is desirable.

4. Must have worked on running email campaigns, understand and can run such campaigns independently.

5. Should know tools like Sales navigator, any CRM, ability to build contact list using extensions like zoominfo, lusha etc.


6. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
