BPO / Voice Process Executive

Job Purpose :

- To interact with highly skilled IT professionals and schedule appointments on lead data generated from various marketing sources with an aim to increase the revenue of the organization and positively contribute to achieve targets.

Job Responsibility :

1. Need to have excellent Verbal & Written English communication skills

2. Voice Calling on data collected through diffenent lead generation marketing sources/ secondary data sources.

3. Scheduling appointments sessions for the candidates out of these calls and follow up them on regular basis which leads to the achievement of day to day business targets in making the candidates to get enrolled for our various IT training program's.

4. Need to report to the higher management regarding the day to day follow up & lead conversion activities with out fail.

5. Willing to attend trainings & get expose to latest software technologies and services.

6. Need to work independent & must be in a position to handle the pressure in achieving the targets assigned

7. Must have knowledge to work on Excel worksheets in preparing reports.

8. Must have excellent customer interaction & convincing skills with patience.

Skill Required :

- Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure.

- Possess strong communication skills in English.

- Have high closure orientation.

- Strong BPO & Voice Processing Experience

- Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence

- High Customer Interaction skills

- Defined career progression and incentive structure

- Regular Training for skill enhancement

Qualification : Graduate/ Undergraduate in the relevant field.
