Vahdam Teas is looking for a creative, out-of-the-box Marketer who can take full ownership of Vahdam's social media handles and marketing communication.

Individual Contributor Role working closely with designers, agencies, influencers, photographers etc.

Job Responsibilities :

- Ideate, manage & lead social media mandate

- Working to develop robust, integrated social media strategies that drive engagement and advocacy for Vahdam.

- Ability to turn fans into customers and customers into advocates.

- Regular analysis & report - Evaluate social media & influencer marketing campaigns and maintain reports

- Grow Follower Base

- Brainstorm and help execute growth hacks to steamroll branding campaigns

- Work collaboratively with internal teams across vahdam to execute creative concepts and marketing strategies

- Monitor competitor's social media & influencer activities

What are we looking for

- 3 - 4 years of experience

- Should be able to ideate and put together Concept Notes, Creative Briefs, Moldboards and oversee Art & Styling of Shoots

- Must have good understanding of social media, audience community, trends, etc.

- Prior experience in Digital Brands within Premium Skincare, Fashion, Health & wellness space required. Else candidates from social media agencies are also welcome.

- Knowledge of Social Media Management Tools Like Meltwater, Iconosquare is a plus.

- Overall understanding of Digital Advertising like Emailers, FB Ads, Banners etc and ability to contribute to campaign ideas, collaterals etc.

- Excellent Copy writing and content Skills - THIS IS A MUST

- Should be able to guide and give feedback to graphic designers and other creative professionals for content, ad creation

- Creative thinker and problem solver - enjoys generating innovative ideas and solutions, devising new and exciting ways to engage audiences

- Excellent time management & multi tasking skills

- Detail oriented - spots mistakes and takes pride in their work

- Ready to work on new, previously untested initiatives and is not deterred by failure

- Excellent communicator and people-oriented person who enjoys teamwork and working in a collaborative environment

- Will drive projects independently and take responsibility readily
