Vahdam Teas - Influencer Marketing Role (1-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Identify, shortlist, engage grow and build relationships with influencers- Macro, Mid-Tier, Micro, and Nano Influencers, Vloggers, and Content Creators
- Develop content ideas, brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Create Playbooks of hiring the right influencers and churning out the right content from them
- Create reports, maintain budget sheets, and perform campaign analysis.
- Research relevant competitors, target audience, and users for the brand and keep abreast of emerging trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Working with the Social Media team and revenue team for creating and executing content formats that work across different channels.
- Influencer Expense Management and timely payments
- Create excitement in the Influencer community and make Vahdam India aspirational for Influencers
Skill Set:
- Understanding of Digital Influence & Influencers within the relevant lifestyle and wellness space along with a basic understanding of social Media
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Networking aptitude
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Basic to advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
