Vaeso - Senior Sales Executive (8-20 yrs)

Opportunity :

- We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Senior Sales Executive who is passionate about new technologies, patterns, practices, pushing innovation and providing sustainable solutions. As a strong team player, you will support sales productivity and deal flow by securing the - technical close- in complex solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Service, Engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers. You will be responsible for achieving a profit and productivity quota made up of the combined expectations of the sales resources, market, and/or channel supported.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Responsible for selling all of Vaso's services to a pre-defined region (Asia / Europe / USA)

- To handle the entire sales process from initial calls, face-to-faces up to presenting and negotiating sales contracts

- Extensive travel involved within his / her region

- Has an eye for detail and is comfortable working with reports / metrics to measure sales performance (with special emphasis on meeting weekly targets (depending on location from 3 to 5 Face-to-Faces)

- Disciplined and persistent to closely follow a large list of strategic accounts (e.g., > 100)

- Find Introducer's who can open the door to the C-level suite

- Share best practices with other Sales Team Member and work together to achieve company sales targets

- Attend / speak in representation of Vaso at industry events

Required Knowledge, Traits and Skills:

Knowledge :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations (production / sourcing / supply chain) or selling in the TIC industry

- A recognized supply chain expert (understands LEAN and the importance of metrics / targets to achieve continuous improvement)

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (preferred)

- Must be an expert in consultative sales and have a record of closing six figure dollar contracts / accounts

- Has a strong rolodex of C-Level - first name basis- contacts in the apparel industry within their region

- Knows Introducer's who can open the door to more C-Levels

Traits :

- Strong ability to persuade along with the creativity needed to find a way to - close-

- Self-motivated / proactive and can work with virtually no supervision

- Ability to coach and motivate a sales team (a - born- leader)

- Tenacious and results-oriented salesperson (has demonstrated the ability to obtain significant sales results in a short period of time)

- Assured and engaging - people- person (i.e., has zero inhibitions to make a cold-call or - walk-the-floor- at an industry conference)

- Has a history of building long-lasting close relationships with industry professionals

- Honesty and ethics beyond question

Skills :

A Must :

- A great listener as a means to understand a client's pain points

- Clear understanding of value added and consultative selling techniques

- Ability to quickly understand / analyze a client's pain points and offer solutions with measurable value generation and return on investment

- Excellent time management skills

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Understands the importance of quality in written communications

- Proficient use of Office software and ability to maintain his/her electronic equipment without the support of IT (Information Technology)

Preferred :

- Ability to use metrics and KPIs to push for continuous improvement in a sales team's performance

- Good knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce or Act)
