Vaave - Relationship Manager - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Location: Hyderabad/ WFH
CTC: 3-4.8 LPA
1. Relationship Building with Customers - SPOC for their respective customers.
2. Bridging the communication gap by connecting them to the respective department/ team at Vaave.
3. Handling all the inbound calls from customers to assist with their queries.
4. Bimonthly Touchpoint with the following objectives/CTAs in their calls and emails.
- Update customers on product and service adoption.
- Take feedback on Customer Experience, Nutgraf, and other resources being
- Reviews on G2 and Capterra.
5. Understanding the challenges of customers and transferring customers to the Customer Success Team for Consultation Call.
1. Customer Experience.
2. Annual Recurring Revenue of respective customers.
3. Maintain conduct of process at Vaave.
4. Maintaining call and email logs on CRM to track touchpoints.
