V Resorts - Manager - Inbound Sales (1-2 yrs)
- We are looking the person who is having experience with Travel Company (Inbound Company) in Operations.
- Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
- Responsible for taking care of FIT and group operations which includes hotel bookings, liasonsing with vendors.
- Coordinating and reporting to the manager operations about daily work on files.
- Complete client handling including client airport transfers, briefing and de-briefing, problem solving.
- Preparing vouchers for hotels, sightseeing and local offices using company software.
- Maximizing files profitability by good negotiations with various vendors and hotels.
- Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.
- Qualification : Graduated / Under Graduate.
