- To ensure the prescribed photography guidelines are duly met with
- To ensure smooth flow of image editing work
- To co-ordinate with the buying and marketing teams, understanding their branding and visual merchandising needs to suggest the best and effective solutions
- Understanding of market trends, visual composition and the art of aesthetic presentation
- Create cohesive fashion stories; concept and visualize themes based on design/brand aesthetic
- Prepare, update and maintain the style, photoshoot guides for product, creative & model shoots
- Analyze studio productivity to develop and implement process improvements
- Understand the flow within the studio on-set and partner with studio operations team to identify new efficiencies
- Follow studio style and photography guide with consistently high quality, balanced with efficiency
- Update photographic guide as well as any necessary documentation in the photographic and image editing divisions
