Content Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

- We are looking for a content lead to manage a team of 5-10 content editors under them. The content editors shall edit the pre-fed data on the portal according to the training and mandates given to them. The content lead shall check the quality of data submitted by their team.

The scope of work includes :

- A content lead shall be assigned a number of villages to be worked on by his team from time to time. Accordingly, a monthly timeline shall be provided.

- The team shall be provided by the company. The content lead will have flexibility to expand their team through their own networks too.

- Content lead shall have adhere to timely deliverables and quality submissions.

- A content lead shall approve or reject the work of the content editors with constructive feedback.

- Content lead shall take ownership of the data submitted on his/her part.

- This is a paid freelancer offer. The leads shall be required to attend office twice a week.

Qualifications and Skills Required :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in the English language.

- 2+ years of experience in content writing.

- Any reference of past works in writing/editing.
