Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle Client Meeting for convenience & Close the deal
- Handle Sales Interview.
- Handle Broker Channel & Vendor
- Involve in Land purchase, deal with farmer for meetings
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
- Set individual sales targets with sales team
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
