Utkarsh Classes & Edutech - Online Reputation Manager (3-7 yrs)

Role : The Online Reputation Manager assists in developing and implementing a strategy for the company's online reputation. Using social media sites, blogs, and other online platforms, they will monitor, analyze, and respond to reviews, comments, and complaints about the company, brands, or services.

Responsibilities : 

- Monitor online reputation across social media platforms, forums and blogs and other sites.

- Monitor for negative press on the web (e.g., bad reviews) and remove from Google's index.

- Monitor and brainstorm ways to enhance company's reputation within and outside industry

- Respond to negative feedback, reviews and comments on all platforms.

- Develop and implement a reputation improvement plan, including customer surveys, suggestions forms, positive promotion, and quality control.

- Utilize data to identify trends and emerging changes in perception of the company's brand or services.

- Configure alerts, automation brand mentioning when a comment is made that requires actions.

- Respond to questions or comments in a timely manner.

- Assist with managing and updating our social media content based on market research.

- Assist with development of articles that can be published on blogs to create positive publicity around the company.

- Assist with creation of industry reports related to company

- Create, distribute, monitor, and respond to online press releases, marketing, and PPC campaigns

- Conduct research to determine how industry competitors are responding to the company's brand or services

- Manage online reputation by using tools to monitor, analyze, and respond to online reviews; monitor consumer feedback to determine effectiveness of the company's initiatives

Desired Skills & Experiences : 

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

- 3+ years of ORM experience (Edtech experience preferred).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong problem solving, analytical, decision making and technical ability.

- People Management skills with ability to interact at all levels.

- Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
