Sales Manager (IT Product / SaaS )

Location: Hyderabad

Work from Office (must)

Responsibilities :

- Understand the software product sales cycle fully and its applicability to the industry

- Developing Sales penetration strategy and execution

- Handled end to end sales cycle of IT Product or Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales experience Bid management

- Understand, Drive and Respond to RFPs / RFQs/ RFIs/ Customer Queries

- Managing bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP- s

- Prepare cost estimates Bidding / RFP / RFI/ RFQ / client's requirement

- Deal / RFP Winning proposal preparation

- Working closely with Presales for effective prospect discussion / demos/ deep technical discussion

- Liaising with Presales, Product Managers to manage customer expectation

- Provide feedback to presales and Product Management teams

- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes

- Work with LeadGen / Inside Sales Reps / BDRs to qualify leads / positive responses

- Should have initial product objection handling skills

- Should have worked in US region or Europe or MENA

- Pitch solutions to a customer and explain all the features and benefits of a particular product or service

- Independently handled Sales Quota / Targets

- Shall be good at Hunting new customers

- New Customer sign-ups, new logo wins are the key responsibilities

Qualification :

Qualification: BTech / MTech / MCA

- Good verbal, written and presentation skills

- Min 8 Years prior experience in IT Product / Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales

- Ability to work to set deadlines, manage and prioritizing time when supporting a high workload across multiple sales opportunities

- Shall have experience in working with multiple stakeholders

- A team player with proven ability to take initiatives and individual responsibility

- Well-structured, organized and strong problem-solving skills

- Working Experience of B2B Product Companies ( SaaS / Cloud Product / Enterprise)

- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
