Utilli - Manager - Business Development (7-10 yrs)

The position is ideal for self-driven and self-directed individuals who have a passion to work in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of qualified leads and conversions to opportunities. In addition to qualifying and building the sales pipeline, you will also be responsible to managing the sales cycle until contract signing.

Responsibilities

- Have a sales hunting persona - this requires consistent weekly outreach campaign to build pipeline and expand our client roster.

- Generate leads and calls on prospects to drive strategic new business signings

- Develop a thorough understanding of Tilli's solutions, value proposition and be able to demonstrate the systems to your audience by way of email, phone and social media

- Understand how to position against competitors to become the only viable option

- Participate in tradeshows and other industry events as required

- Clear understanding of how to effectively manage a medium/large sales cycle to a successful close

- Follow up with (MQL) marketing-qualified leads (e.g. - webinars, industry-related campaigns, contact forms, downloads, tradeshows, etc.)

- Daily inputs and update in CRM / Hubspot to maximize information sharing

- Understand and adhere to Tilli's Corporate Policies
