Usha Shriram - Manager - Online Sales (4-6 yrs)
Job profile :
(a) Devise and plan the long-term agenda for online channel and increase the sales of company products
(b) Close liaison with online portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
(c) Marketing & Promotions, online deals and lead generation strategies, etc.
(d) Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
(e) Managing optimum inventory level as per business requirement
(f) Responsible for target achievements, bottom line & top line sales, Responsible for P&L for an individual account, Working with procurement and after-sales support team to ensure revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Skill set required : Command over English (written & Verbal), negotiation skills, follow-up skills, Online sales, Digital marketing
Total experience : Min. 4-6 years as an Online sales Manager (2-3 years experience with online e-commerce portal handling consumer durables category plus 2-3 years experience with a brand handling online sales)
Experience in Digital marketing would be an additional advantage
