USEReady - Executive - Customer Service (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Design the report template using BIRT eclipse, and tableau dashboard.
- Coordinate with the team on client engagement activity - Deployment of Product, Training, and Support.
- Create a detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured plan for Customer Engagement.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate with teams internally and externally.
- Identify the root cause of the issue, document thoroughly, and be responsive to the issues.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve the customer success process.
- Keen interest in working with customers.
- Available for shift schedules on a need basis.
Technical Skills/Requirements :
- Comfortable with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Comfortable with eclipse BIRT report designing tool
- Ability to understand the complex system(s).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Basic Knowledge of Javascript.
- Knowledge in writing SQL queries is a plus.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
