Account Manager with US Services Group
- End to end account management of our existing customers and responsibility of the P&L of the aligned vertical.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
- Gathering, understanding and evaluating requirements shared by the client
- Develop new business with new/existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers, visiting them on regular basis to understand new business opportunities.
- Handle customers grievances
- Create, maintain and build customer database.
- Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual On-boarding and Revenue Targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must be from IT Staffing Industry.
- Good communication skills and efficiency in MS-Excel & MS- PowerPoint.
