Urbanroof - Executive - Digital Marketing (1-2 yrs)

Urbanroof is the fastest growing startup in construction retrofitting and maintenance domain trying to disrupt and build industry from scratch. The founders managed to identify the gap and pain points in the market and are focused on a vision to deliver quality indoor environment, quality health of structure to the occupants and create highest value services.

A Marketing Executives goal is to reach out to target audience and cultivate customers interest in our products and services using digital platforms in a ways that strengthens our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

This is what you will be doing Your first 6 Weeks:

1. Learn about industry, market practices, problems, solutions, product, market players etc

2. Configure & explore all tools like CRM, HRMS, Emailing etc.

3. How it works: Customer journey, Company and sales processes from start to end.

4. Build Relationships with your inside, sales representative, field counterparts to understand how leads are generated, nurtured and operated.

5. Make yourself ready to perform at your fullest potential.

6. Consistently meet goals.

This is what you will be doing Your first 2 to 6 months:

1. Leverage any opportunity you can to learn the market, business and consumer behaviour.

2. Build creative and magnetic strategies, planning, organising and execute campaigns to generate desired leads and analyse metrics.

3. Know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to do so.

4. Begin to expand your knowledge of Inside Marketing duties and responsibilities.

5. Work with mentors to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion.

6. Continue to build on your core skills and product/industry knowledge.

Reporting to: Marketing Head

OKR- s:

- Position Urbanroof platform as a new revolutionized way of restoring and maintaining construction properties amongst 70% of the ideal prospect base in given geography, and drive and maintain continuous awareness of Urbanroof products portfolio among them.

- Generate sufficient relevant leads using available or deliverable Marketing infrastructure:

1. Retail: 65 leads per sales resource per month.

2. Projects: 25 leads per sales resource per month.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills and Attributes:

1. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, knowledge of web analytics tools.

2. Automation oriented, Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

3. Marketing research and analytical experience.

4. Content development experience, is preferred.

5. Proven track record of success in the production cycle from plan to close.

6. Ability to promote brand, awareness & educate consumers.

Background:

1. Proven Experience in Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM, Social Media, Google Adwords, Email campaigns) from 8 months to 2 years in B2C segment.

2. A Marketing qualification. (MBA in Marketing is preferred)
