Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Provide information about the building and community to prospective residents
2. Schedule visits to the apartment community
3. Review and approve all new lease applications
4. Quickly close new sales and leases
5. Troubleshoot issues with the building and its residents
6. Maintain a rapport with building managers and current residents
7. Prepare and maintain time records and personnel information for the property management team
Community Manager Skills :
1. Supervisory experience preferred
2. In-depth knowledge of computers and computer software programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
3. Excellent organization skills
4. Strong communication and leadership skills
