The brand caters to consumers via online channels (website and hyperlocals) currently and looking to expand in General Trade.

We are looking for a highly motivated and high performing sales executive with following skills and experience:

Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:

- Drive the offline channel distribution strategy

- Achieve growth, appoint distributors and drive primary sale with distributor

- End to end distributor account management wrt. product training, inventory fulfilment, stock levels, invoices, collections, returns etc. as per prescribed timelines

- Closely work with distributors to enable and grow secondary sales; ensure availability at A+ stores

- Plan and execute BTL activation within given budgets and achieve targets

- Designing and implementing a strategic General Trade sales plan that expands company's coverage, availability and ensure its strong presence

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with distributors and understanding their needs

- The candidate would closely work with the founders and would need to weekly report on store coverage as well as sales.

Skills and Experience Required:


- 2+ years- experience. Successful previous experience as a Sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Must have completed graduation along with past experience with channel sales/General Trade in FMCG/F&B domain

- Has a strong distributor network in Delhi NCR

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, negotiate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the Sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

Compensation

Compensation shall be as per Industry standards in close range of ~20k (excluding incentives, allowances and perks)
