- We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee our B2C sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for -

- Coaching and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.

- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure that they meet or exceed sales targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that the sales team is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure that they receive exceptional service and support.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Monitor and manage team performance, identifying and addressing issues that may impact sales productivity.

- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Manage the sales team's budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.

Work days : 6 days a week

- Minimum 2 years of B2C Team Lead experience is must
