Position - Team Leader

Key accountabilities and responsibilities :

- Handling a team Call center executives for the assigned area for sales.

- Incharge of UCC target completion on a regular basis.

- Complete responsibility for lead generation, sales & lead conversion.

- Handling responsibility of Lead Management.

- Coordination with different Dept to ensure smooth transition of work

- Working with a complete outbound sales process with EOS.

- Handling team with their performance, attrition management etc.

- Time to time meetings with existing customers for service feedback.

- Maintaining relationships with existing customers.

- Responsible for Daily/Monthly/Quarterly Performance analysis

- Monthly reviews meet with the team and management for quality check purposes.

- Observing the performance of the callers on floor - regarding Sales and improving their performance.

- Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills

- Maintaining sales reports with other relevant reports in order to give the true picture to the management.

Professional experience and qualifications :

- Graduation with minimum 3 yrs of sales experience.

- 1+ year experience in team handling

Special competencies:

- Must have excel experience (Eg - VLOOKUP, Pivot)

- Financial industry candidates will be preferred
