Position Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager with a history of driving business growth for direct-to-consumer brands on their own website. The person should be a hustler with a real passion for e-commerce and always ready to get his hands dirty and learn new things. One thing we promise is a steep learning curve and immense growth opportunities if you have the willingness to learn, assume responsibilities, and have an entrepreneurial bent. We're looking for self-driven professionals who have a single-minded focus on growing direct-to-consumer brands.

Responsibilities :

- Create & deliver growth plans for the brand's D2C platforms and take the onus of D2C business delivery.

- Oversee the operation of D2C websites, app(s), content platform(s), and any other digital D2C initiatives.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs)

- Analyze data from A/B tests to provide insights, meaningful suggestions, and recommendations.

- Deliver customer delight through on-site and off-site interventions.

- Plan and deliver on retention targets within time and budget with a focus on key channels such as Email, SMS & Push Notifications.

What you'll need :

- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with D2C brands/Agency supporting D2C brands.

- Demonstrated history of scaling up D2C brands

- Should have deep knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, CRM & Retention Marketing.

- Demonstrated experience in consumer segmentation strategy, management of membership, loyalty subscription, or continuity programs is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills including Microsoft Excel

- Self-motivated with a passion for e-commerce

- Outstanding client handling & communication skills both written & verbal

- Proactive, Team Leader, requires good coordination and networking capabilities.

- Aggressive and action-oriented approach. Hunger for learning and growth.

- Excellent at relationship building, nurturing and maintaining contacts.
