Upraised currently has 3 products - Product Management Launchpad, Product Management Mastery.

Product Management Launchpad is focussed on helping aspiring PMs break into their dream role through a structured curriculum. It is one of the core verticals in the business at Upraised. The program has helped candidates transition into top companies like Razorpay, Meesho, Smallcase, Swiggy, Freshworks etc.

Who are we looking for?

- We are looking for stellar Inside Sales folks who can grow with us. It is an incredible career opportunity for a self-starter to sharpen their skills in a high-growth environment.

- Our ideal candidate would be someone who has checked most of these boxes :

- You have 2-7 years experience in Business Development or Inside Sales (Ed-tech is preferable but not compulsory)

- You have looked after the entire sales life cycle : starting from dealing with well-qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program

- You have excellent communication skills (speaking and listening) with high EQ and IQ

- You have a proven track record of achieving targets

- You are well organised & skilled in managing competing priorities

- You are metric and result oriented

- You are a fast-learner and can navigate the leader and follower roles with equal ease

- You have prior experience in working with startups (preferred)

- You are available to join soon (preferred)
