Uplift - Executive - Marketing Operations (0-3 yrs)
Overview of job :
Uplift Innovations is looking for Operations Executive for Chennai. You will be responsible to handle the network growth, BTL Campaign function & operations, audit i.e. internal audits, client audits, cost audits, etc.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Manager- Operations (Chennai)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop relationships with the team and get the target achieved.
- Hands on bringing success to the on-going campaign
- Streamlining Logistics & Collaterals
- Training freelancers and building robust teams to achieve the targets set.
- Finding new media, manpower and avenues, involve in negotiations
- Supervising and working along with the team for campaign success
- End to end ownership of the activity allocated (on field)
What you need :
- Graduate
- Team player
- Good communication skill
- 0-2 Years of experience
- Two wheeler driving and license is an added advantage
- Candidates with an ATL and BTL background with good communication and negotiation skills are more preferred.
- Ready to work in an early startup environment.
- Flexible working hours.
- Passionate about marketing.
