Title - Sales Operations Associate (B2B channel)

Location - Mumbai (Full-time)

Role Description : This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Marketing and Strategy head of the channel. You will own end-to-end sales operations function for this revenue channel and work with marketing associates as well as account sales managers on a daily basis to facilitate smooth operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Execute marketing campaigns and assist in other lead generating initiatives

2) Maintain, analyze, segment, and nurture the lead database to be able to derive insights on behavior, intent, and likelihood.

3) Own lead qualification and first base of engagement through telephonic interaction to collect lead intent before allocating to respective account owners

4) Own end-to-end sales operation process : Acquisition Qualification - Allocation - Continuous Lead-Stage tracking- Deal-Stage tracking and reporting final sales figures.

5) Be responsible for digital-tech and marketing automation processes in the sales and marketing funnel including conversions of landing pages, digital webinars and optimization.

6) Manage overall CRM data and design sales reports that can be productized into tools

What we are looking for

- Bachelors (B.Tech, BSc. or BBA) from tier 1 or tier 2 college

- 1-3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in the B2B domain)

- Strong analytical aptitude to be able to track and drive metrics

- Good verbal and written communication skills for client connects.

- Quick-learner and multi-tasker to get results in the fast-paced startup ecosystem
