Upgrad - Referral Marketing Role (1-5 yrs)

- Work as an integral part of the referral marketing team, by rigorously making daily calls and generating referral leads from the paid learner and alumni base of upGrad.

- Work in a target oriented environment to meet your daily call connect targets, lead generation targets and a daily talk time target

- Ensure presales nurturing of all leads generated by evoking a high interest among the leads generated by you for upGrad programs and hence a strong knowledge of major upGrad programs will have to be built within a week of joining

- Closely liaise with the sales team on a daily basis to help them understand the interest or any other specifics of the leads which have been generated by you. This will involve but not be limited to taking a daily update from the respective sales executives on the status of your leads generated.

- Systematically maintain a daily tracker on MS Excel, reflecting your daily connects, followups, leads generated and validated, status of the leads passed on to sales etc- Work as an integral part of the referral marketing team, by rigorously making daily calls and generating referral leads from the paid learner and alumni base of upGrad.
