We are currently seeking a Paid Campaign Specialist with a strong understanding and hands on experience of Google AdWords, Facebook along with various other PPC platforms for our Mumbai location. This is an opportunity to be a part of a fast-moving company with a bright future!

The successful candidate will be an integral member of our team responsible for a wide variety of PPC campaign optimization duties with a focus on maximizing return-on-investment. This position requires flexibility, organization, strong time management skills, attention to detail, commitment to meet crucial deadlines, as well as the ability to produce solid results.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute on monthly and quarterly plans to grow user base and manage marketing budgets

- Optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and cost of acquisition- including responsibility for landing page, funnel optimization (working with revenue and product teams) to improve relevance and improve conversion rates.

- This individual should be analytical and detail oriented and will be responsible for the creation, set-up, and execution and optimization of various ads and campaigns.

- The Paid Campaign Specialist will be responsible for the design and execution of high volume direct response advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn etc.

- Planning and managing Paid Search campaigns for internal stakeholders of UpGrad

- Implementing campaigns using a structure and strategy that best suits business and goal

- Performing keyword research and writing ad copy

- Analyzing performance data and optimizing campaigns to ensure they are continuously bringing quality traffic to our websites while maintaining a strong ROI for every stakeholder's marketing budget

- You- ll manage daily advertising needs for a variety of businesses including planning, ad trafficking/execution, testing, and reporting.

- Communicate with the stakeholder on a regular basis to report on campaigns and overall health and provide recommendations to enhance performance

- Staying informed with Paid Search industry best practices, new trends and technologies and platform updates (e.g. AdWords, Bing, etc.)

- Manage advertising calendars and project-manager advertising materials to coordinate with new product launches.

- Work with internal teams to generate advertising assets including video, graphics, ad copy, and landing page URLs.

- Traffic ad campaigns and builds on ad serving platforms.

- Conduct A/B tests in ads to understand contributing factors that drive the business forward.

- Monitor and analyze advertising trends, make optimizations recommendations.

- A strong candidate will be hungry to learn and excited to take on new projects and opportunities.

Skills and Experience:

- Ability to handle large media spends while catering to different internal business customers.

- 1-3 years experience working directly for an advertiser, agency, ad tech or social media platform.

- 1-3 years experience managing digital media including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, vendors and team members.

- Ability to create compelling ad copy that finds all the customers and sells all the things.

- Superior collaboration and teamwork skills; experience working with cross-functional teams.

- Project management experience and adaptability: Ability to re-prioritize while operating within a fast paced environment, while continuously maintaining attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office software (Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google for Work products (Google Analytics, Sheets, Slides).

- Positive attitude and hunger for learning and getting your hands dirty.
