What will you be doing ?

- Developing full potential of franchisee/partners.

- Help franchisee achieve their admission targets by regular reviews, inputs and motivating sales staff.

- Responsible for Business Associates Productivity and overall Revenue of partner office.

- Mining, scoping, lead gen and closure of new franchises

- Set and achieve franchise expansion plans

- Liaising with existing and new franchise for their end to end operational requirements

What we are looking for?

- 2-4 years of experience in channel sales

- Should be an MBA in Sales & Marketing

- Should be fluent in English (written & oral)

- Should be comfortable with extensive travel in the city
