BTL Marketing at upGrad
- The objective of BTL marketing is to generate leads through on-ground activities.
- We identify potential customer touch-points, like for eg. residential apartments, corporates, tech parks, colleges etc
- In this setup, upGrad representatives will interact with potential customers to generate leads by convincing them to book a free career counseling session.
Job Overview :
- Visiting apartments/corporates and onboarding them for the campaign
- Working with agencies in planning and executing the campaigns
- Representing upGrad across various BTL campaigns in residential apartments, corporates, tech parks etc
- Making sure all operational and branding parameters are met as per campaign requirements
- Interacting with potential customers and convincing them to take up a free career counseling session
- 6 days a week
- Weekends working
- 7-8 hours a day
- Important Requirements
- Personal Vehicle (Mandatory)
- Corona Insurance
- Daily Update of Arogya Setu App
- Masks are mandatory
- Desktop or laptop with internet connectivity (Mandatory)
- Duration for the internship shall be 3 months. For this period, the compensation would be between Rs. 15,000/- to Rs 20,000/- per month based on location and profile of candidate.
- Post this period, based on performance candidates shall get an offer for the post of Marketing Executive. Compensation for the same shall be shared post confirmation.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 0 to 2 years of experience of working in Sales/Marketing
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Driven to interact with people
- Looking to improve their interpersonal skills
