Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Answer inbound calls or make outbound calls.
2. Provide solutions to complaints or issues from customers or clients.
3. Provide a personalized service that meets the needs of customers.
4. Give information regarding the company's latest products and services.
5. Upsell products and services.
6. Utilize available resources to find the information you require.
7. When necessary, transfer calls to other members of the team.
8. Make meaningful notes from your contacts with customers.
9. Determine whether or not clients are experiencing any difficulties.
10. Report customer feedback
11. Organize and maintain customer databases.
12. Follow up calls to customers
13. Increase customer loyalty by providing a positive phone experience.
