WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Understand in & out about our product
- Demonstrate Upbringo product to prospects
- Perform online training with the clients (organizations/institutes)
- Manage post sales process to provide online support to our clients
- Build and maintain fruitful relationships with customers
- Resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently
- Keep customers updated on the latest products (upsell) to increase business
- Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling

- Good analytical skills and the ability to improvise when necessary
- Multilingual (English, Hindi, Regional Language)
